Shipping
The Perfect Purl orders normally ship within 3 to 5 business days. We ship via the US Post Office or UPS, and once your parcel is shipped you will receive a note with tracking info.
Once the parcel ships it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery caused by customer input nor costs nor damage related to these errors.
The Perfect Purl cannot reimburse orders that were mis-delivered by the Post Office or stolen from your property.
Shipping fees are determined by weight and size of packaging, and are calculated at the end of your checking out process.
Typical shipments are $3 - $6
Returns
If you are not thoroughly delighted with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your money (within 60 days) not including shipping costs. Returned products must be in their original condition with appropriate tags and labeling. We cannot accept returns on patterns or printed material nor can we refund or re-stock wound yarn. If the reason for the return is due to our error, we will happily refund and pay for the shipping too.
